About the 2022 Benefit Raffle

We receive a $600.00 monthly allotment from Erath County but rely on raised and donated money for a majority of our operation. Money from this fundraiser is used to help pay for fire schools and training for our volunteers, insurance on the fire station, equipment and fire trucks, workman’s comp insurance, fuel, and safety gear. All of this is essential to the success of our fire department.

We will be selling 300 tickets, drawing all 300, and awarding prizes to the last two tickets drawn. Ticket 299 will receive a 42- inch, zero turn, John Deere Z345R ZTrak lawn mower. The 300th ticket drawn will receive a John Deere HPX615E Gator. Other various door prizes will be awarded throughout the night depending on the generosity of donations made by individuals and businesses across the state. We will also be having a silent auction for 3 amazing hunting packages that were generously donated by Charity Safaris.

Tickets are $100 and purchase of a ticket will entitle you to a dinner for two the night of the drawing. We will be serving a barbecue dinner that Pat Wilson graciously offered to cook for us followed by desserts provided by families within our community. This year’s drawing and dinner will take place on Saturday April 9, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. in the new Lingleville School Cafeteria.

Please do not wait too long to purchase a ticket as we have sold out quickly in the past!

To purchase tickets you can email us at linglevillevfd@live.com or give us a call at (254) 977 - 5731 (Albert Ray, Fire Chief).
